These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AYNI platform and services provided by AYNI Technologies ("AYNI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use AYNI, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of property information, reservation data, and cleaning schedules entered into or synced with the platform. AYNI imports reservation data from third-party sources (e.g., Airbnb iCal feeds) and is not responsible for inaccuracies in that source data.
Our AI-powered cleaning verification system provides automated quality scoring based on submitted photos. Scores are advisory and subject to admin review. AYNI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores and recommends human oversight for critical quality decisions.
By using AYNI's dispatch features, you authorize us to send WhatsApp messages on your behalf to cleaning staff and administrators. You are responsible for ensuring that all recipients have consented to receive such communications in accordance with applicable laws.
AYNI integrates with third-party smart lock providers (e.g., Seam). We are not responsible for lock malfunctions, battery failures, or access issues caused by third-party hardware or services. You are responsible for maintaining physical backup access to your properties.
Access to AYNI may require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website or upon request. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
The AYNI platform, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by AYNI Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data (property information, photos, reservation data) but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYNI Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
